We are currently retained by the Northern Territory to advise the Department of Health and Community Services in its general legal work, medical negligence and coronial matters.
Our firm has represented the Northern Territory Medical Board for several years in its regulation of medical practitioners and also represents other Boards governing the health and allied professions.

- disciplinary proceedings on behalf of the Health Professionals Licensing Authority
