Josine was appointed as a Partner at Cridlands MB in December 2009 , practising in the Dispute Resolution Services team. Josine has over thirteen years of legal experience with a specialist accreditation in Commercial Litigation.

- Representing clients in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, Local Court and Small Claims Courts in relation to a variety of litigated disputes.
- Provision of general advice on the conduct of litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
- Acting on complex multi-party litigation involving the management of large volumes of documentary evidence
- Josine has acted for a wide range of clients from high net worth individuals to subsidiaries of international resource companies
- Attained a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the Australian National University in 1995. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at The Legal Workshop, Canberra.
- She is admitted to practice in the ACT, NSW, the NT, as well as the High Court and Federal Court. She is admitted to practice in New Zealand.
Josine supervises the firms debt collection practice and appears regularly on possession applications in the Supreme Court of the NT.
