  • Coopers Brewery Limited - coordinating the litigation involved in defending the attempted hostile takeover by Lion Nathan.
  • GM Holden Ltd - advising and representing on a range of workers compensation, industrial relations and OHS matters; assisting in managing their redundancy process.
  • Clipsal Australia Pty Ltd - advising and representing on workers compensation, industrial relations and OHS matters; assisting in managing their relocation and consolidation of workforces.
  • Gerard Industries Pty Ltd - conducting the litigation defence of a major taxation enforcement dispute.
  • Constellation Wines Australia - conducting a damages claim arising from smoke taint contamination.
  • Workcover Corporation - acting as counsel in numerous statutory interpretation arguments before the Full Court of the Supreme Court of South Australia and the Full Bench of the Workers Compensation Tribunal.
